Guillame Giroudon

Head of Mack Lehigh Valley Operations, Guillaume Giroudon leads the team responsible for assembly of all Class 8 Mack trucks for North America and export. With over 21 years at the Volvo Group, and in key leadership roles throughout his career, Guillaume brings a deep understanding of operations, supply chain and the people who make it all work. Known for his approachable leadership style and focus on collaboration, he is passionate about developing teams, improving systems and delivering results. Guillaume holds an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain from EM Lyon in France. He and his spouse, Cathy, are parents of two children and reside in Orefield.
